Business is terrible and very unprofessional. I been calling since the weekend since an employee inappropriately taking off a lug and caused damage to my tire. My car began to smoke. And the boss isn’t answering the phone.

They sold me a tire with a hole in it. My tire was completely flat 3 hours later and I had to buy a new one. I came back the next day and they would not give me a refund and said "what do you want us to do" 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! RUNNNN

Went to get two tires on my new rims and they banged them all up taking the tire on and off and then put the wrong size on the rims they were supposed to be 22555 R17 they gave me 215 55R17 and then called and said they would change them out since they were wrong, went back and they said they couldn’t do that unless the person that runs it was there and said to come back next day we did and they threatened to call the cops if we don’t leave very bad customer service would not recommend in a million years. They are very sexist to because they told me 120 but my girlfriend when she went by herself 90 for the same transaction so yea very bad place!!!! Put two pictures one is a tire out the set that I didn’t take the other is the one that went there!

Photos included: of Tires/Receipt/BankTransaction Dated Two front tires I bought Wednesday for ( $75 ) Just get new or go to U Pull&Pay Or Bring a towel and dry and inspect them before you pay. Both are bald on the edges and dry rotted all over… the tires they took off were far better. They are riding so bad my girl made me get a front end Check the next day only to be told the tires were trash. No refunds PERIOD and only warrantied if aligned by them. Tires $10 and up it says out front, what I got on that scale, should have been free or at the very least $20 because they are not even $10 tires. The lady was super nice about it, the guy made a side comment “that’s used tires” eh not when they are a downgrade at $37.50 each They said come back tomorrow they had none today not even my originals..I run a painting company with just my partner and I. I don’t have time to be returning to check on their tire inventory. I assumed it would be a loss, so when my parents asked what I wanted for my B day I asked for two new front tires so I can invest in a cpl other things my jeep could use and not be buying tires twice. Also my gf noticed they did not return the air caps to the tires
